What we collect
When you submit the estimate or contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about your painting project. We use this solely to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to schedule and manage your project.
How form submissions are handled
Our forms are processed by Netlify Forms, our website host's built-in form service. Submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in our Netlify account. We don't sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (via Google tag / gtag.js) to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, general geographic region, and similar aggregate traffic patterns. This data is not tied to your name or contact details unless you separately submit a form. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cookies
Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser to distinguish repeat visits. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings if you'd prefer not to be tracked at all.
Data retention
We keep estimate and contact submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, for clients, for the duration of our business relationship plus standard recordkeeping purposes.
